How I support you - setting & process

Wherever you are, I’m here to support you—flexibly and across time zones. This allows you to easily fit sessions into your daily life and join from wherever feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
This creates a safe, relaxed space in which you can fully focus on yourself—no matter where you are.
My clients appreciate the convenience of
joining sessions from home or wherever they are,
avoiding lengthy travel,
integrating appointments smoothly into daily life.
Location-independent format
My support is primarily offered online or by phone. If you live nearby or I am in your area, in-person sessions are also possible.


Since 2019, I have been offering my work primarily online—and my experience with this has been consistently positive. Studies show that for many issues, online psychological support can be just as effective as meeting in person.
Technical Information
Sessions take place via a secure, privacy-compliant video platform.
For a smooth and successful experience, you will need:
a stable internet connection
a webcam with sufficient resolution
a quiet, undisturbed space for yourself


Coaching sessions can also be effectively conducted by phone if you prefer. For Hakomi work, I generally recommend video sessions as subtle nonverbal communication plays an essential role

Introductory call – approx. 15 minutes
In our first phone call, we’ll explore whether and how my support could be a meaningful fit for your current life situation. If we both feel that working together could be supportive, we’ll arrange an initial session and discuss the practical framework in more detail.
Initial Session – approx. 75 minutes
In our first session, you’ll get a sense of my approach and way of working, while already receiving initial insights and impulses. You’ll have space to share what has brought you here and what you hope to gain from working together.
Together, we’ll explore what kind of framework best supports your needs and what our work together could look like.
Appointments are usually available within 4–10 days.


Everything you share with me is treated with the utmost care and discretion. I am bound by professional confidentiality which means that your information is handled in strict confidence and will not be shared with third parties.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let me know as early as possible—at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or missed appointments, I may need to charge the full session fee for the reserved time, as this time is set aside especially for you.

Confidentiality and data protection
A session usually lasts 60 minutes. Depending on your preferences, 90-minute sessions are also available.
In my experience, it is often helpful to meet regularly every 1–2 weeks at the beginning and gradually extend intervals between sessions. Many clients choose to work together over a period of 5–10 sessions.
For a continuous process, you may choose a package of 5 or 10 sessions, or book individual sessions as needed.
If you’re simply looking for a specific impulse, fresh perspective, or focused support around a particular topic, a one-time session is also possible.


How we continue
The number of following sessions and the frequency of appointments are arranged individually and flexibly – tailored to your individual needs, topics and personal rhythm.
