My aim is to create a professional and human framework in which reflexion, self-organization and personal responsibility can become truly effective.
For more than 15 years, I have been supporting people in companies and organizations through their development and change processes. My work includes coaching for leaders and employees, facilitation of participatory team processes, workshops and trainings, as well as keynote talks – both nationally and internationally.

My approach combines systemic and experiential methods with research-based insights and practical tools. All content is carefully tailored to the specific needs, goals, and target groups—practical, strengths-based, and solution-oriented.
For development processes, I create an encouraging, non-judgmental learning environment that is appreciative, engaging and culturally sensitive, with lightness and humor.
